Creation of matter in the sky?

Can matter be formed in the sky as is being claimed by Robert Felix in his book Geomagnetic reversals and evolutionary leaps. He points out that W.F Libby -the inventor of radiocarbon dating discovered this by noticing that carbon is constantly formed in the sky.

The same Libby links the Tunguskan incident with anti-matter in an article in Nature. Lerman, Mook and Vogel also notice in their letter in Nature the effect of the Tunguskan incident on Radiocarbon dating in combination with sunspot cycles.

Could matter be the by product of the Tunguskan explosion and could these microscopic diamond shaped elements (which can not be formed under Earthly conditions) be the by product responsible for mass extinctions and thus cause evolutionary leaps als Robert Felix claims....further investigations is required...
